inistrative Office Building, 311 East Marion Street in uptown Shelby in the Commissioners Chambers.

, entitlements, economics, and fiscal policy.

Hadley is a native of Shelby and Shelby High graduate. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as a Morehead-Cain Scholar with a bachelor’s degree in economics and journalism. She is the daughter of Scott and Angela Heath and granddaughter of Charles and Bobbie Nalley and the late Chuck and Betty Rose Heath, all from Shelby.
